Interface themes are inconsistent with syntax themes #79

Problem Description

Syntax highlighting themes are highly customisable, including the background of the script area and iPython console. However, there is no option to change the colour of the interface (outside of the dark/light presets), so almost all syntax highlighting themes clash with the rest of the UI.

What steps reproduce the problem?

Using Spyder

What is the expected output?

Interface themes that are parsimonious with the syntax highlighting themes

Versions

Spyder 5.4.3 (and all previous versions)

Hi @nvogtvincent thank you for the feedback! I think at some point some work was done to improve theme definitions in
QDarkStyle to make possible something like what you mention over Spyder (be able to have more options for the interface color themes) 🤔

Pinging @ccordoba12 since he probably knows more about the state of things and possible future plans regarding this. Also, @ccordoba12 should we move this to the UX-improvements repo?

@conradolandia will work on this next year to add interface themes that match the current syntax highlighting theme.

Yep, good idea. I'll do that.
