docs/InstallPrerequisites.md says to install nodejs-legacy for Ubuntu,
but apt says Package nodejs-legacy is not available

Seems like nodejs-legacy is no longer available in Ubuntu Bionic. Node.js can be installed via nodesource, which allows for installing specific versions. Maybe the docs should be updated @vkjr?

@Renha, @madhavarshney, I don't have Ubuntu installed right now, so can't test it.
If you know the working solution it would be great if you can create PR with updated docs.
Thanks!
