Prioritize asset code / symbol when displaying balances

Balances with many significant decimals can result in hiding the asset code / token symbol:

What would you like to see?

Always show the asset code / symbol. That may mean that we need to round the number of decimals in order to do so.

Or, maybe we don't need the token symbol on the right, given that we already provide it on the left? @sdfcharles we'll need your input here.
