Proposal: Lab front page

The introduction page of the lab is confusing to me because the links take me away from the lab, rather than drawing me into it or helping me understand how I should use it.

The boxes under the description are external links, promoting other things folks might need, but that operates as a second navigator, and we already have a navigator in the developer docs at this page that's designed to take folks to common places: https://developers.stellar.org

I think we should replace those four boxes with a good looking link out to the developer docs and make less assumptions on the lab home page for where someone might need to go.

By doing that I don't think we'll lose link outs to the appropriate docs, because the lab links to API docs in Endpoints, and on each endpoint page which is really nice:
