add check for latest version to "About" screen

in the about screen, it should say what version is the runnign version. it should also check to identify whether the running version is the latest version

This shouldn't be too hard. I can add a page at bitcannon.io/version that simply prints the latest version number, and use that with the about controller to display a status.
