I want to achieve the same behaviour as tldraw has (arrows have right position even for rotated elements), could you advice how to do it? As I understand perfect-arrows lib doesn't support it

Hey, that's right, this does not support rotated arrows. I'm sure it could (and could support arbitrary polygons) but it would require a major refactor. I think I've taken it as far as I can without introducing a separate geometry API, as we've done in tldraw. Maybe someday!
