Is it possible to restore from an encrypted Authenticator Plus .db?

Hi all,
I found this app today through a reddit thread after my Authenticator Plus app stopped working. I had no idea it had been removed from the google play store so long ago, but I digress. I am left with a completely non-functional app, an encrypted backup called .synced_authplus.db, and a 2020 properly exported backup that I hope I don't have to resort to.
Is there anything I can do with this to get everything imported to this new app? I appreciate any help available, but especially if I can do it through the android app or from command line on a mac. Also willing to boot up a linux vm, but not windows.

I was able to resolve this! I finally caved and used ChatGPT for the first time. It is indeed possible to decrypt the .synced_authplus.db file using sqlcipher, provided you have the password you used when setting up Authenticator Plus. You can then select the relevant columns from the db and export them to cvs. I then used a python script generated by chatGPT (I'm sorry Python devs, I was doing this on my lunch break) to change the csv into a format that the URI import feature in Stratum is able to decode. Et voila, my 15 OTPs restored from a mess. I'm hesitant to share code that I didn't write and did very little to verify, so I won't unless someone asks specifically.
I'm going to close this as resolved but I saved my steps if anyone else encounters this and needs help.
