Auto-generate links in glossary

It would be great if a term in the glossary like

### Account
Record of a user in the system, which may include permissions, roles, and internal records of history of actions.

would automatically generate a link that could be referred to across the entire website.
Of course I could manually create these for each H3 heading, but it would be nice if Gatsby could do it automagically.

I'm surprised to see that linking to https://strudel.science/strudel-web/about/glossary/#computation doesn't just work out of the box. It looks like this is either a bug or a design choice. Either way, we can fix it pretty easily.
