The following message appears before sutdioml has had a chance to consume the RMQ configuration block misleading the user into thinking there is a problem. Caused by the default configuration coming into effect prior to the real configuration from the user

'AMQPConnectionError: Connection to 127.0.0.1:5672 failed: [Errno 111] Connection refused'
