Allow for version bump with all whitespace in place

It would be nice if this bumper had a mode to not reformat/reindent the task.json. There are JSON parsers on npm that preserve the original whitespace. Tfx uses json-in-place, there is also json-file-plus and its relative json-preserve-indent.

sounds reasonable. if you or someone else would be willing to submit a PR then i'd work on shipping a version with that enhancement, but due to other obligations and bandwidth constraints I don't anticipate being able to work on this myself
