Deploy artifacts to Maven central #31

Migrated from SWIZ-59

It would be nice to have the artifacts (jar/sources/docs) deployed to maven central so that maven projects could use the project without forking. Even support building with maven so that the artifacts could be deployed to an internal proxy repository.
