Architecture dedicated list of sources to be returned to Package Center

The idea is to query only those servers (repositories) that has any packages for the querying device.

TODO:

  • analyze latest cached responses for arch & Repository
  • save analyze to a file and setup expiration date
  • add new predefined source: arch
