Mikhail Galanin (@negram) made it as part of its work in 2015, so he should technically approve it for opensource in its organization (it may consume several months). We agreed to move it into tarantool's organization after the approval and support by the tarantool team. After this I'll add ebuild.

badoo's repository is the same project in fact.
