Support UWP

If you're making a library for XF, you need/should support all the platforms it supports.

Hi Cliff,

Thanks for taking a look at my project. I clearly state in the README that I will only be supporting the Android and iOS platforms as those are what I currently target in my daily work.

With that said, I also would love to have someone collaborate with me on the project and add support for the other supported platforms, including UWP. You're welcomed to join in and submit a pull request with the UWP additions.

I've reopened this issue to draw attention to the need for other contributors to join in and add support for WinRT and UWP. I will be happy to do a code review or any other discussion needed to bring you up to speed if you're interested in helping out. Thanks!
