Hi, I tried using the program but after I choose the folder, as soon as the song starts, the program crashes. It only creates a 0 bytes mp3 file (with correct name).

This has happened to me too, however to be more specific, the program crashes when it changes the song and then plays. Windows then says that the program has stopped responding and asks me to close it.

NOTE: When I first downloaded it it worked fine, however I did not use playlist mode and only recorded 1 song as a test.

According to your "How it works" I suspect it has something to do with steps 2 and 3. I noticed that instead of switching the song to reset the playback and then waiting 5 seconds, It was waiting 5 seconds and then switching the song, then instantly playing it, which may have caused some errors due to the absence of the 5 seconds period.

I have tried running the program as admin and also locating the process and setting the priority to high, with no luck.

EDIT: After a fresh restart (2 actually) the program started working.
EDIT2: I had switched my default audio device and restarted my pc before it started to work, not sure if this is relevant or not but wanted to point out.
EDIT3: Confirmed that the problem has to do with the audio device. When using my speaker (logitech z213) it works fine, but when using headphones, (logitech g933) it crashes. Maybe this has to do with the fact that my headphones are connected via wireless usb stick and my speakers are connected through the back 3.5mm io
