🐛

📝 Describe the Issue

After running TheiaProk on a Acinetobacter baumannii sample, I got 'BUSCO FAILED' as the output for the busco_results column. The workflow still finished and showed the BUSCO task as 'Succeeded', but the log files showed this error:

list_of_reference_markers.bacteria_odb10.txt is not a valid option for 'placement_files'

This is due to some odb10 reference files being removed from the BUSCO data server (relevant issue on BUSCO repo) as they are updating files to odb12 for OrthoDB v12. The BUSCO developer has since reinstated the odb10 files, but I'm still getting the error because the file_versions.tsv on file on the server has not been updated to include the odb10 files, but this may be fixed soon. The developer recommended updating BUSCO to v5.8.2.

🔁 How to Reproduce

The workflow was run on Terra.bio on GCP with the below versions. I haven't tested if this affects species other than Acinetobacter baumannii.

💻 Version Information

TheiaProk_Illumina_PE_PHB v2.2.0
BUSCO version 5.7.1

I don't get the error passing in the latest BUSCO Docker image as a workflow input: busco.docker = "ezlabgva/busco:v5.8.2_cv1"
