TheiaProk read screen reports success when it fails #690

When you run TheiaProk even if the read screen job fails it is reported as a success. If it fails it should actually fail.

by success do you mean the workflow finishes gracefully (appears to succeed) or that the workflow continues to run (silent failure)? there is an output message that appears in the table that indicates that the samples have failed the read screen for X reason
