Requested by @erikwolfsohn . Please add any details I've missed or have gotten incorrect! We'd love to know the details on what you're requesting with this.

Add fastp output JSON to TheiaProk Illumina workflows.

Currently only the html report is output in TheiaProk_illumina_pe, theiaprok_illumina_se, as well as theiacov_illumina_pe and theiacov_illumina_se workflows.

Since fastp can optionally be run in theiacov Illumina workflows as well, it would be great if we could add the JSON output to the 2 theiacov workflows in addition to theiaprok workflows.
