Broken icons in sund2b breadcrumb

Hi,

first of all thanks for your great package!

I just realized that using sund2b the breadcrumb icons are broken using the latest shiny version:

Using:
sunburstR * 2.1.0 2018-10-19 Github (2db15aa)

Edit: No it's not, issue here persists after using fixed shiny version.
