At some point we need a proper DNS util.
Right now the Crawler does some resolutions.
Also, the scanner does DNS if needed (if no IP is given, but also for ECH).

It would be nice to have a single point where DNS is handled.
Also: At some point DNS Attacker may be a thing. In that case it may be helpful to have DNS functionality in its own module by then.
