Toggl Firefox extension is not working

🐛 Describe the bug

I don't see the Toggl button right of the url-bar, nor under the extension icons, as explained in https://support.toggl.com/en/articles/2206984-toggl-track-browser-extension

I don't see any Toggl button in Asana neither. Note that I had Toggle integration installed a few years ago, and had not used it since.

Expected behaviour

At least see the Toggl button as presented here https://support.toggl.com/en/articles/2206984-toggl-track-browser-extension

1. Launch Firefox.
2. Browse to a page. Search for Toggl button next to URL bar.

Other details or context

Everything but « Access your data for all websites » is allowed. Adding this does not change anything.
Note that when I click on the settings (moz-extension://9…………01/settings.html) I can read in Accounts Settings that « Your Toggl account: You're currently logged in as marcel@e…a.com »

What they shown is just the extension icon I believe. If you pin the extension to the toolbar it should look like their description.
