Getting started

The first step is to install the Deconz software on the device on which the Zigbee module is installed.

These are the steps for a firmware update of the hardware.

I recommend to do a firmware update at this point directly. In my experience, the manual update is the most reliable.

Pairing Devices

The deconz software is first of all independent, which means that devices must first be paired via the WebGui. You can also create groups and scenes. Only then a discovery performed via the pimatic plugin makes sense.
