Describe the bug
Device Initialize fails for locked device which was previously connected.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Connect and unlock device normally, start suite
  2. Lock device
  3. Reload suite

The cause seems to be that USB reads some old junk data, which triggers PROTOCOL_MALFORMED error.
