No support of the 'mei' extension

Hosts like inrupt.net don't support uploading of mei files yet. For this reason also the solid-filemanager connected to those hosts doesn't support it.
Mei files are xml files with the MEI musical notation, which are used in Trompa projects such as the Trompa Campaign Manager.

Update: it's not the host, but the used fetching library that doesn't support the filetype. Could be implemented at a later stage.
