Before getting the TSWG approval, I suggest the following changes:

  1. Add Tags: #tswg, #gswg, #recommendation
  2. Consider adding inline links for: United States National Strategy, OpenID Dynamic Discovery system.,
  3. Fix erroneous width/height
  4. Should we be capitalizing all uses of SHOULD, COULD, MUST? See for example this sections use of should.
  5. Fix missing URLS and IMAGES in this section and subsections
  6. Is Law 5 missing a URL [interoperability]?
  7. Why is Law 7 using new values Above, Below etc?
