Do the components appear enabled in the Admin/Plugin section in Trac?

Just Noticed. No It is not visible in the plugin Section (See the attachment). But The plugin trac_mattermost-0.1-py2.7.egg is available at plugin folder along with other plugins like TestManager-1.8.2-py2.7.egg,TracGenericClass-1.1.6-py2.7.egg,TracGenericWorkflow-1.0.5-py2.7.egg.

My Ini File look like

[components]
acct_mgr.* = enabled
tracopt.versioncontrol.svn.svn_fs.subversionconnector = enabled
acct_mgr.web_ui.AccountModule = enabled
acct_mgr.admin.AccountManagerAdminPanel = enabled
acct_mgr.notification.accountchangelistener = enabled
acct_mgr.web_ui.LoginModule = enabled

trac_mattermost.ticket_notifications.* = enabled
trac_mattermost.wiki_notifications.* = enabled

and

[mattermost]
username = pmsudhi
webhook_url = http://team.source/hooks/zgxixb6khbnsjj1f78br469n9y
icon_url = https://s3.amazonaws.com/truveris-mattermost-icons/trac.png

any idea what could be the issue? For testing when i choose the plugin again from web gui, it gives me an error saying plugin already registered.capture

@pmsudhi
Check this page:
https://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracPlugins

You could try to set your log level to DEBUG and see why the plugin does not load.
I had the same issue, I was missing python requests
yum install python-requests solved that for me.
