bug: Firefox performance deterioration & crashes #107
Comments
Hi @r3dpan, In the meantime, if you could provide any additional details such as the browser version you're using, the operating system, and any other relevant information, it would greatly assist our investigation. |
This has been happening with Safari as well. Safari started crashing non-stop in last few days. Only difference has been installing of this extension (I have not even set it up yet for usage, just installed). (Can share log - if you need. Saved an Apple crash report log. Any email I can share log to - just in case the log might have something I would not want to be in ab public github issue) |
You can send me this log to [email protected]. Also, you can turn on debug logs in 2FAS Browser Extension Settings. |
I got logs, but there is no any useful informations. We've tested Safari on two different Macbooks, but there is no bug at all. Everything works. We need more cases like this - logs, use cases step by step etc.. If anyone can help us, we will be grateful. |
My issue has been resolved so far. Turns out, this wasn't a software but instead a hardware problem on my end (failing cpu). |

Bug description
Solution
No response
Additional context
For reference every extension in the browser was disabled and enabled again one by one. As soon as the 2Fas browser extension was enabled again, the performance deterioration reappeared.
I was not able to find any incompatibility between the 2Fas extension and any other installed extension.
