Describe the bug
When I browse by letter, and click on the pager to advance to another page, the content advances, but the pager indicator stays at page 1. When I click on "Next", the content resets to the first page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'. Scroll down and note the last name on the list and the page indicator.
  2. Click on 3. Note that the names change, but the page number doesn't.
  3. Click on Next. Note that the names change back to what you saw in step 1. The pager remains at 1.

Expected behavior
The current page appears in dark blue. Next advances the content and page indicator.
