Why is the Apply Button on the Homepage still enabled? #243

This is a genuine question because all instances of the apply button should either be disabled or completely gone because the deadline to apply to HOTH has passed

Are we able to reproduce this issue? It seems that the bug only occurs around the day of the deadline.
