Currently it is fixed for the second tern.
Make this customizable so that we can adjust the impact of medium-term memory.

Support custom injection timing for medium-term memory #1

Set value to `archive_injection_at`. Default is `2`. This means chatmemory inject mid-term memory before the 2nd turn starts.

Also change the index to insert to messages list. If the first message is `system`, insert it next; otherwise, insert it as the first message.
