The goal of this epic is to Add creating PDFs to DCS.

The user should be offered some basic layout options like double column and double spacing, margins and page size:

The user should be presented with a typical print dialog:

Tasks

Implement in OCE Editor tools
integrate OCE Editor Tools into DCS
Door43 preview
- Navigate to book in existing D43, Click print
  - Show print preview
  - navigate to book, chapter, verse
  - single/double column
  - page size (A4, A5, Letter, Legal)
  - orientation
  - margins
  - scale
  - textual features (footnotes, titles, etc)
  - navigate to different content
- Show save dialog
  - Save to PDF
  - Output to printers
  - Choose which pages to print (odd, even, 1-10)
  - choose pages per sheet
  - page numbers
