The nightly workflow needs to be reinstated on GHA and the jobs need to be fixed so the badge can report a green status.

Hit issue with nested git sub-modules as nix inputs while building on nixbuild machines.
I've contacted Rickard from nixbuild and will be investigating on my own as well.
