Comment (Include rationale for comment): xsd:date supports an optional time zone offset, while JSON Schema's date format does not include this feature. For example, 2024-06-21Z and 2024-06-21+12:35 are valid according XSD Spec, but not according to JSON Schema draft-07, section 7.3.1 which references the full-date production of RFC3339.

Suggested Change: xsd:date lexical space is canonical, JSON Schema must match
