This PR change the logic to ignore subscription that have an unknown part number and no products associated with it. If the part number starts with 051 then the subscription is a known service only subscription and it is ignored without notice. Otherwise a new info message is created to notify the user about it.
Moreover, this PR also adds a missing part number.
