Currently the 'VirtualGlobeViewer' repository is a fork of the GlobWeb project. The short/midterm plan is to fork the GlobWeb project within v-manip and have the VirtualGlobeViewer repository keep only the functionality needed in VMANIP.

This allows for a clearer separation between the two projects and eases the creation of PR's to the GlobWeb project, if necessary.
