Issues with Typing when a token is already selected. #97

Steps to reproduce:

Select a token and make it highlighted.
Start typing.
Nothing should happen.
However, if you try to delete the selected token you will have to backspace how many characters you attempted to type in the step before and then only after that will the token delete.
