Now company in jobbed is a string. It should only be able to take on a certain number of values so. But still new companies should be able to be created dynamically. One way is to add a group type company so the company column in a jobbed links to a group of type COMPANY. In this case we can also implement functionality so members of a company group can create drafts of jobads
