OrderShippingProvider as a default context

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Upon trying to use this context hook without using the OrderShippingProvider first, which can be quite frustrating.

Describe the solution you'd like
Since OrderFormProvider is already preinstalled in the VTEX IO Storefront framework, it only makes sense for this useful context to be as well!!

Describe alternatives you've considered
Another alternative would be to declare a store block that renders the OrderShippingProvider, which would make it easier to optionally wrap the entire store, or page, into a parent property containing this provider.
