The upwards sagittal accidental for alteration by 8505/8192 appears to be pointing downwards in the Bravura reference font on the SMuFL website, when it should be pointing upwards as in the official Sagittal.org character map. Currently, the reference designs of U+E30E and U+E30F are visually identical, and this inconsistency is inherited by other SMuFL-compliant fonts such as Leland.
Two similar issues in SMuFL's HEJI accidentals are the incorrect reversal of both 736/729 glyphs (U+E2EA, U+E2EB) as described in #291 and the outdated naming of 32/31 (U+E2EC, U+E2ED): it was changed in 2020 from the "31-limit schisma" to the "31-limit quartertone" by Plainsound.

Two of the three issues described have corresponding issues in the steinbergmedia/bravura repository: steinbergmedia/bravura#75 steinbergmedia/bravura#76
The issue with 32/31's name seems unaddressed, however, so I will not yet close the issue.
