Checks taking up lot of time

So I've installed this in my repository and followed the readme guidelines. When I made a PR to my repo the tests keep running. Can you tell me what's wrong?

@warrenbuckley I'm having the same problem on this PR: bravegrape/dcs-pilot-docs#5
I've had successful checks complete in seconds on the GitHub app, which was really good! 😁

Now I'm expecting some errors and the checks seem to be running forever. I've tried various PRs and the oldest check has been running for more than 25 minutes 😱

I've run Vale locally for the error case and it completes in a couple of seconds. It would be great if I could see some logs to try and understand what's going on 🤔

I am wondering if the Azure function that is running this code, may have been down/unavailable when you processed your PR.
Can you please try it again to see if it still happens or not please.
