Refresh rate configuration protection option disabled for mirror target screens even when allow resolution change for mirror targets is enabled

Hi @waydabber ! #3501 and I can't seem to set refresh rate conf protection for mirror target still. Mine keeps defaulting to 60Hz when I always need VRR 48-60Hz (same issue as #3500 and have the same monitor). Currently running v3.2.1. I've looked for other settings I might have triggered this not being an option I can select. Any ideas?
Mirror Target -> Config Protection -> Refresh Rate is grayed out

(note: it works as expected when the protection is enabled with mirroring off - so the confusion is caused by the fact the option is disabled when mirroring is on)

Can confirm enabling Configuration Protection -> Refresh Rate on mirror target with mirroring off or no virtual screens created yet works as expected for me and good workaround. Thanks @waydabber
