Clean install with-mysql81 installs mysql 9 #641

The MySQL formulae in Brew have changed. Installing Valet+ with the parameter --with-mysql81 currently installs the latest version of MySQL, which MySQL 9.0. The parameter --with-mysql81 installs the Brew formula mysql which has been updated and no longer is 8.1.

Seems that MySQL 8.1 is no longer available in Brew. Only 5.7, 8.0, 8.4 and the latest (9.0).
