Describe the bug

With the solis inverter, i am finding the number.solis_modbus_timed_discharge_start_hours, number.solis_modbus_timed_discharge_start_minutes, number.solis_modbus_timed_discharge_end_hours, and number.solis_modbus_timed_discharge_end_minutes are not always updating when you press / activate the button.solis_modbus_update_charge_discharge_times
