thoughts

  1. based on ESModules (HTTP2: "multiple files down one pipe", HTTP3: improves it)
  2. no servers or at most commodity services (e.g. static web hosting, STUN/TURN server, ...)
  3. lowops or autops (continuous delivery of code and data)
  4. unbundled by default
  5. offline/local first
  6. optimize for performance, then size
  7. minimal amount of elegant abstractions as close to the metal as possible
