If the customer makes a purchase of $10 and I reverse the charge, the refund is not made, as the fee was removed and I no longer have the balance to make the refund, now I only have $9.50.

Yes, it is correct because the fee is related to the pix receive service. The refund in our platform is free. But, you need to have amount necessary to refund it
