Upload Output to WLED lock up

WLED: v0.15.0-b7, v014.4
Wasatch Advanced 8 board
Windows 11, 24H2

When uploading output under certain criteria xlights freezes on uploading JSON to WLED. Not sure what the minimum point is for this but when I load anything past 6 ports it fails.

Also it seems to only actually push the first three ports when it doesnt freeze even if 5 ports are sent.
