Standard MII layer fails to cope with oversize frames (tests 4_1_3 / 4_1_6) #28

The tests/test_4_1_3 and test_4_1_6 both crash due to the reception of an oversized frame when using the standard MII layer mii_ethernet_mac.

There are no checks in the mii_lite_lld.S to prevent data from oversized frames simply overwriting memory.
