do the patch in the nginx dir, not in nginx_upstream_check_module

tar -xzf nginx-1.20.2.tar.gz 
cd nginx-1.20.2
patch -p1 < THE_PATH_TO/nginx_upstream_check_module-0.4.0/check_1.20.1+.patch
