Instead of using prepare_exit_court and exit_court an reduce the full stake for the court system, there should be the option available to reduce the stake to a smaller amount above zero.

Keep in mind that the court pool still has a maximum length and in case the maximum length is reached, the court pool amount has to be always higher than the lowest (weakest) court participant.
