Please publish mix / hex compatible version

I tried to use ezmq via elixir / hex.

While you can download the 0.2.0 package, you can't install it because the app file seems to have 0.2 in vsn of the ezmq.app.src (which unfortunately is incompatible with mix).

I can install from master and from the 0.2.1 tag though.

Could you build & upload a new package?
